Many people are at that stage of epiphany, just realizing how much they depend on mobile devices or what that connectedness can do for their daily lives. Less people are thinking about what the implications are for learning or other aspects of their lives. Of course, one of the reasons I'm in this field is the intrigue of watching this evolution. The other is the learner empowerment I believe is possible through innovation. <br /><br />Your journal is insightful and offers a thoughtful personal perspective. It would be helpful to add some resources in your future posts. For example, you refer to the "new version" of Blooms. Will there be a day when the vast majority of students possess a mobile computing device, and they become integrated into daily learning activities (in the way that home computers have become integrated)? Time will tell. <br /><br />As for me and my iPhone, I don't see the partnership ending anytime soon... Addicted? Perhaps.
